My agent hasn’t received the RentBond contract for me to sign, what can I do?

Have you completed Step 2 of the RentBond process?

  • If you haven’t then sign back into your account of rent.com.au and complete Step 2 of the RentBond process.

  • If you have completed Step 2 along with the second stage of the Certegy Ezi-Pay process, including entering the Lease Commencement Date, then:
    Have your agent contact Certegy Ezi-Pay at operations@certegy.com.au to request the contract be emailed to them again.
