When I try to complete Step 2 it says it can’t find the address and won’t let me continue, what can I do?

If you don't know the rentID of the property then click the enter the address manually button.
You will be taken to the address entry form.  When you complete the address this will check our site again for any matching properties. If none of these match then you can continue with the address you entered by clicking on the continue with this address.
