I didn't receive my RentCheck

If you have paid for your RentCheck but did not received it this may be because you haven't fully completed the process.

After you have paid for your RentCheck we send you an email with a username and password, along with a link that you can click to use your RentCheck credit. Check your junk mail folder if you didn't receive this.

Alternatively you can sign into rent.com.au account, then click on the RentCheck link. If your report was created then a link to it will be displayed on the RentCheck page, if not press on the ‘Use your RentCheck Credit now’ button. 

You can then enter the details to complete the RentCheck process.
